At approx 6:15AM you will meet your tour representative at the Groups Welcome Desk at Kings Cross St Pancras Station, they will then give you your return Eurostar Tickets and an information pack to assist you with your day. You will then be escorted to the train where you will just need to relax for the next two hours and fifteen minutes when you will then arrive into the centre of Paris and from there you can begin your exciting escorted tour of Paris.
After you have stepped off the train at Gare du Nord, you will be greeted by our Paris Tour Guide who will then escort you over to your private coach where you will begin your tour around Paris. You will see the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Elysees, Place de la Concorde and of course the famous left bank. After that you will then be taken off to the famous landmark of Paris, the Eiffel Tower! Your tour guide will then take you up to the second level and show you the stunning views over Paris – it is an amazing setting and ideal for taking plenty of pictures of Paris.
After this, it is then time for some lunch – the tour guide on the day will assist you with recommendations.
Once you have finished lunch, your guide will then take you onto the River Seine Cruise. The cruise staff will then look after you from here and point out he notable places of interest, you will also be able to purchase some snacks and drinks onboard while also using the bathroom facilities if you wish. Once the cruise has been completed, you will meet your tour guide once again and they will then escort you to the Notre Dame where you will then take a tour of the wonderful cathedral.
Once, this part of the tour has then been completed, the coach will be waiting for you to take you onto the Opera District which is a wonderful spot for a quick bit of shopping. Of course you will still have your guide on hand to help recommend some good shops should you be wanting to buy something particular. Once you have done your shopping the coach will then take you back to the Gare du Nord in time for you to check in and take the Eurostar back to London.
During the busy summer months of May, June, July and September the queues for the Eiffel Tower can be up to 3 hours. Unfortunately it is not possible to pre-book tickets. As an alternative, your guide may suggest a visit to the Louvre Museum; you will still see the Eiffel Tower and have time for photographs.
